ABOUT ME

Shir Zalcman is a contemporary artist based in central Israel, working primarily with acrylics and charcoal on various canvas sizes. Through her vibrant and textured paintings, she explores the evocative power of shapes and colors to capture the emotional essence of everyday experiences.

Zalcman's artistic process involves layering colors and textures with palette knives, brushes, and charcoal. This approach creates depth and invites a subjective interpretation by the viewer. Her aim is to evoke emotions that transcend words, resonating with the viewer's inner world through the visual language of her art.
